Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ROBOTA-TEC (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Account

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Impersonate another person or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Services

3.1. Contracts

This section applies to the contract matching feature of the Platform.

When a client posts a contract, they are expressing an interest in receiving services. When a service provider applies to a contract, they are purchasing access to that client’s contact information as a qualified lead introduction.

We do not guarantee any outcome. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee that a deal will be made between any two parties.
  • We do not guarantee that the client is ready, willing, or able to proceed with any agreement.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by clients.
  • The Platform’s role ends once contact details are delivered to the applying party.

What you receive upon a successful payment is access to a potential client’s contact information — nothing more. Any business relationship that follows is entirely between you and the client. ROBOTA-TEC is not a party to any such agreement and bears no responsibility for its outcome.

Payments for contract applications are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). By completing a payment, you agree to their terms as well. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROBOTA-TEC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed business deals, loss of revenue, or reliance on information provided by other users.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
